Sorrento in winter...

Sorrento in winter is a questioning place...
Without the busy bristle and colour of summer holidaymakers
It is easy to see the terracotta pavement
Winding past streams of
Stylish boutiques and cafes
Down to a sunless sea
And yet
There is a feeling that in this space of the chilled season
A friend is missing...

Point Leo dreaming...

Point Leo...
A small gathering of homes by the sea ...
The summer campers have gone ...
Sharp cliff
Pale sands
Moody sea
Tempt
Committed insanities of surfers and
Winter dreamers...
